What is your custom cake price range?
Our prices depend on design, details, intricacy of decoration and serving size. Prices start at $5.00/person for round buttercream cakes and $6.00/person for round rolled fondant. In general all custom cakes start at $120. Please fill out the price quote form for us to provide an accurate quote.
Where do you deliver? What are the prices for delivery?
We offer a delivery and set up service for wedding cake only at the moment, to ensure that your cake is transported and handled correctly.
We proudly serve the West Valley Phoenix area, including Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Verrado, Tolleson, Surprise, Glendale, Peoria, Waddell, Sun City, and beyond! Prices vary depending on the distance. All delivery prices start at $40.
Do you ship your cakes and specialty treats?
We regret that we cannot SHIP cakes, macarons or cupcakes due to their fragile nature.
What are your flavors?
We offer a wide variety of flavors and fillings for every cake. If you don’t see a flavor you want from our menu just let us know and we’ll see what we can do. We make all of our cakes to order.
Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free, or eggless cakes?
Yes, yes and yes. Please keep in mind though that we are not a dairy-free or egg-free facility.
What is required to place an order?
In order to hold a date, a 50% deposit is required; the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event. Orders placed within 10 days of the delivery date have to be paid in full at order placement.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept, cash, checks or Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard).
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. Purple Elephant Cakes will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery. If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior, the balance is due in full. No changes can be made to invoices less than 2 weeks prior to delivery date. Please note delivery/setup time is final as noted on your invoice. Changes to delivery/setup must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to event.
In the event of cancellation:
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
If a cancellation is received, the aforementioned deposit will not refundable.
If a cancellation is received less 2 weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the full aforementioned deposit and balance are due in full.
